Texas Trip part 3

Ok, so this is the third and final installment of the Texas trip pictures. Here goes...

Marissa showing off her sweet pigtails and skinny jeans:)

Playing with reba (Mawmaw's dog).

Having fun exploring in Mawmaw's backyard.

Mawmaw and Allie having some quality time together.

Sleepy Allie.
Poor Ronan, it looks like Marissa is trying to put a WWF move on him...I'm sure in about 15 years, he will get her back.

All smiles after a yummy breakfast:)

Posing for the camera.

Allie riding her "hog" This was a toy that Russell, Ryan and Jessica played with when they were little and Allie l.o.v.e.d. it. It was her favorite toy of the week!
We did a little baby-swapping for this picture:)
To all our Texas family, we miss y'all so much and can't wait to do it again! We love, love, love y'all! Thanks for a great visit!

Texas Trip part 2

Continuing on with our first day in Texas, we had some sweet family members stop by to visit. It was so wonderful to see everyone!

Marissa was so excited to be the center of attention, she put on a little dance for everyone:)

Marissa and Garrett sliding down the slide in Pops and Nana's backyard. Garrett is (Russell's cousin) Josh's little boy.

This is Uncle Bill (Russell's grandma's brother) giving Josh a big hug (Josh is his grandson). Uncle Bill gives the best hugs, he is such a sweet, sweet man.

Most of the gang hanging out at the park.

Allie and Uncle Wendall.

Haha:) This picture cracks me up! There was some serious static on that slide that day.

Marissa and Garrett saying their good-byes. So sweet.
To all the Graves' family and Cook family, we appreciate so much y'all coming by to see us:) It was wonderful to see you all! We love and miss y'all! Hope to get everyone together again real soon!

On Monday, another member of the family came over, except this time, she was the one behind the camera. Russell's cousin, Amanda, was sweet enough to take some family pictures of all of us together. Unfortunately, we didn't get any with Amanda, but we are so thankful she came over to get some great pictures!!
Here is Marissa trying to smile for the camera, but instead looks more like a pirate. A very cute pirate:)

The Nichols Family:)
We curled Marissa's hair for the occasion, it turned out sooooo cute!

Just the kids and our kids.
MawMaw and the grandkids

MawMaw and the great-grandkids.

Pops and Nana trying to get a picture with the grandkids....
Ok, that's better:)

Allie and Nana, this is such a sweet picture.

Me with two of my favorite girls in the world.
Apparently Marissa put Daddy in charge of taking care of her baby and he is taking the job very seriously.:)

Cousins...this is the best we could do. But I do love the look on Marissa's face, I can tell she is trying to tell them "it's oooookkk, don't cry." She is such a big girl.
Sweet Allie.
Silly Allie.

Sweet Daddy and Allie. I absolutely love, love, love this picture.

And, of course, Allie had to show of her yoga skills.
Marissa was d.o.n.e. by the end of that day. Too much fun.
The loves of my life.

Silly Allie

That is a phrase we use a lot around here, Allie is constantly making us laugh. Allie, Russell and I were having a little snack after her nap and this was the way she decided to eat it. Whatever works for ya:)

Howdy from the Lone Star State

We made it to Texas and, as you will see, we are doing our best to document every moment of fun, so with that said, I have uploaded a ridiculous amount of pictures from our first day in the lone star state:)

Beautiful Aunt Jessica
Marissa and I found a ladybug on the playground
Then, much to Marissa's surprise, it flew away!
